The World of Women: NFT Collection grants holders intellectual property rights.

In the largely male non-fungible token (NFT) market, World of Women stands out, drawing fervent supporters such as actress Reese Witherspoon and investor Gary Vaynerchuk.
After providing full intellectual property rights to holders, NFTs from the Ethereum collection are now increasing in price and traded volume. Simultaneously, the project’s creators are working on ideas to expand the NFT universe into movies, television, and other media.
Yam Karkai’s project announced on Wednesday that renowned music executive Guy Oseary will represent World of Women in other media formats like as television, film, music, video games, and consumer products.
Oseary is well known for managing Madonna and U2, and previously managed the Maverick label. He also represents the famed NFT Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) collection. Along with his partner, actor Ashton Kutcher, he is a major technological investor in Sound Ventures.
To expand World of Women to new formats, Oseary will collaborate with DCA’s Aaron Berndtson and Eben Smith. World of Women also changed its commercialization rights to include intellectual property rights for each of the ten thousand NFT holders.
The project previously held a “master” right to commercialise the complete collection, which has since been deleted. The intellectual property rights of World of Women are now comparable to those of Bored Apes.

The reaction of the market
The announcements were well received by the market. According to data from the website CryptoSlam, the trade volume of World of Women has increased by over 1,168 percent in the last 24 hours to approximately $22 million.
As of Wednesday, the collection had a trade volume of $17.7 million, exceeding the previous high of $5.9 million set in August 2021.
Furthermore, prices for NFTs have surged, extending the collection’s recent rise. The cheapest NFT in the project increased by 89 percent to 7.5 ETH (or more than $34,700) apiece.
Actress Eva Longoria and “Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes are among the other celebs who have lately purchased a World of Women NFT.
According to CryptoSlam, the collection has produced over $128 million in secondary sales volume since its inception in July 2021.
World of Women has sparked a flurry of other NFT initiatives centred on women, including NFT’s Boss Beauties (which announced a Marvel alliance in November), Encryptas, and Fierce.
Another project, Fame Lady Squad, was started by guys posing as women, but after a lot of backlash, it was handed over to powerful women in the community.
