The Montreux Jazz Festival has announced a partnership with NFT.

The world-famous Montreux Jazz Festival is the newest NFT participant.
Five animated designs by French artist Greg Guillemin will be available for purchase, each representing an artist from the 56th edition of the Festival.
The scheme is offered in collaboration with OneOf, an American platform.
Non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, are one-of-a-kind, limited-edition works of digital art and media that are stored on a blockchain. The origin and ownership of NFTs can always be proved thanks to blockchain technology.
Since the record sale of digital artist Beeple’s piece ‘The First 5000 Days’ for $69 million, NFTs have taken the art world by storm. The technology craze has also spread to the wine business, sports, gambling, and ballet.
The excursion into the arena by the Montreux Jazz Festival and NFTs is, according to them, a continuation of their audiovisual technology innovation.
“The Montreux Jazz Festival has always been about innovation,” says Nick Bonard, CEO of Montreux Media Ventures.
“We will be able to support and interact more closely with artists in a more sustainable way thanks to NFTs.”
The Festival has opted to focus on the visual arts for its maiden experience in the realm of NFT, drawing on a rich legacy in this sector with its renowned posters designed by Keith Haring, Niki de Saint Phalle, Jean Tinguely, and David Bowie.
Anyone who registers on the OneOf platform will receive a free collectible NFT of the 2022 Festival poster made by Camille Walala.
Every year, the event takes place in Switzerland, and this year’s lineup includes Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Bjork, and John Legend.
We are the biggest NFT marketing agency with the reach over 30 million people.
