Amazon’s CEO Teases NFT Trading and Crypto Payments in the Future

Amazon, the all-knowing god of retail, has set tongues wagging and whispers a-flying with its newest announcement that it may incorporate NFTs and cryptocurrency payments to its platform.
Andy Jassy, the newly appointed Amazon CEO, stated he was hopeful about the future of NFTs and cryptocurrency in a recent interview with CNBC. However, he did note that the technology will take some time to become operational on the company’s retail platform.
A succession of Web3-related job opportunities, notably targeting professionals with experience working in the blockchain business and strong knowledge of distributed ledger technology, provide more evidence of its association with the blockchain.
